Eggnog
Homemade eggnog is not only the perfect gift from the kitchen at Easter and Christmas, but also tastes good all year round. With our best recipe and a handful of ingredients, you can make eggnog quickly and easily yourself. The two basic ingredients of eggnog are eggs and alcohol. Our recipe calls for rum. Separate the eggs and heat the yolks with powdered sugar and bourbon vanilla sugar over a water bath. Then beat the mixture without a water bath until fluffy and stir in the cream. Stir in the rum and pour the eggnog into clean bottles. Store in the refrigerator. Important: Only use fresh eggs when preparing eggnog.
