Mix minced meat with onions, garlic, parsley.

Season with Parika powder, salt and pepper, add flour and knead well.

Form sausages 2 cm thick and 5 cm long, place on a board and let rest for at least 30 minutes so that the flour can swell and give the minced meat a binding.

Oil the cevapcici with olive oil and grill or fry for about 10 - 15 minutes. Turn in between.
