You need a suitable cookie cutter or a wooden model.

First, knead the marzipan with the sifted powdered sugar. While kneading, add rose water and lemon zest aroma.

Roll out the resulting marzipan mixture about 1 cm thick on a floured surface. Now dust the cookie cutters or the wooden model with flour and press onto the marzipan. If you use a wooden model, peel it off again and cut the shape of the model with a knife.

Now let the Brenten dry overnight.

Bake the Brenten in an oven preheated to 150°C until they are light brown.

Then just let it cool down and the delicious Frankfurter Brenten are ready!
