Pineapple Ice Cream

Peel the pineapple and remove the stalk, weigh the flesh. Use a hand blender to puree the pineapple to a fine puree. Puree in the sugar and a few dashes of lemon juice.

Now beat the cream together with the vanilla sugar until stiff, beat the egg whites separately until stiff. Both are now stirred into the very fine puree.

The finished ice cream mixture is now put into the ice cream maker and processed into an indescribably delicious ice cream.
