Mix all ingredients in a food processor with the Kent hook.
Leave to rise for 60 min

Cut 7 dough pieces from the dough, fold each and grind into a ball.
Let the dough pieces rise again for 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees top/bottom heat.
Place the dough pieces on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 - 25 minutes.
