Mushroom Pan – Just like at the Christmas Market

  1. First, prepare the garlic sauce so that it can soak a little. To do this, peel the garlic cloves and press them into a small mixing bowl. Add crème fraiche and chives, stir well and season the crème with pepper and salt.

  1. Now clean the mushrooms. To do this, rub them with a kitchen towel. You should not wash them. Cut off the bottom of the mushroom stem a little

  1. Peel the onions and garlic and cut both into fine cubes

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan. When the pan is nice and hot, add the mushrooms. Fry them vigorously for 5 minutes

  1. Now add the garlic, onions and butter and fry everything for another 5 minutes.

  1. Season the mushrooms with pepper and salt. Now sprinkle the chives on top and stir the mushrooms

  1. Serve the mushrooms with the garlic cream. You don't like a knob? Then just skip it and you have a delicious herb dip
